- What do you mean by Active and Passive Products ?
- An Active Product is one that actually generates Scalar Waves with electronic circuits, while a passive product does not contain any electronics and thus does not generate any kind of Waves. Almost all Scalar Pendants are simple passive products which do not have any electronics and don't generate any scalar waves and thus produce limited benefits.
An active product will always be 10 to 100 times as powerful as a simple passive product in providing beneficial protection.
All of QuWave products are electronic generators and consist of a power source with electronic components with special "Mobius" antennas which generates the Scalar Waves.
- How can you make Scalar Waves and also Schumann Resonance & Solfeggio Frequencies ?
- To provide additional benefits, all QuWave Products further enhance the basic Scalar Waves with additional beneficial frequencies. Depending on the product, we add either Schumann Resonance or Solfeggio Frequencies to the basic Scalar Wave.
This is accomplished by inserting and combining the Schumann/Solfeggio frequencies with the Scalar Wave using a technique called modulation. This is a sophisticated electronic technique which physically adds the Schumann/Solfeggio frequency into the Scalar Wave producing a multi-wave positive healing cocoon.
- How do you compare the QuWave Harmonizer to other popular Pendants or Bracelets ?
- Our products actively generate the healing waves and frequencies. Other
pendants/bracelets on the market are passive and do not produce any waves or
frequencies. Most customers can feel the difference in the energy field right away.
- What is the difference between an Active Generator and a Passive Device ?
- A passive product does not actually generate any waves (see paragraph on top). Active QuWave products generate an actual healing bio-field and are 10-100 times as effective as passive products. The way you know if a product is passive or active, is if it requires power to operate. You need to have an active power source to produce an effective field. All of
our products generate a powerful active field and thus require power to operate. Through
micro-miniaturization, we are now able to offer a battery powered rechargeable personal

- What do you mean that your product is an Active generator ?
- By an active generator, we mean that all of our QuWave products generate scalar waves and the intended Schumann/Solfeggio frequencies. This means that the product generates energy and thus requires a power source to make it work (ie: battery, AC, USB, or car power).

- How long will I have to wait before experiencing any effects?
- Each and every individual is different. Therefore, some may feel its benefits right
away or within a few hours and some it may take up to a couple of days or weeks even. Some
have been said to be so overwhelmed by the effects they must turn their units on for only a
few hours at a time at first until their body’s get used to the beneficial energies.
- Do I have to carry the Personal Model on me 24 hours a day to be protected?
- Because of everyday exposure to electronic pollution from the use of computers, cell
phones, fluorescent lighting, microwaves, etc., and the stress in our living and working
environments, we recommend carrying the Harmonizer with you 24 hours a day, even while
sleeping. It should only be removed, if worn, when bathing, showering, swimming, etc. (The

- Do QuWave units work when they are being charged?
- YES. For personal units, leave switch in ON position even when charging.
- How often do I need to charge the battery in the Personal Model ?
- The Personal Model QuWave Harmonizer battery will last about a week before requiring to
be recharged. If you see the LED get dimmer, it means it's time to recharge the unit. Just
plug it in with the supplied AC adapters. Recharging can take from 1 to 4 hours. If you
want to charge it more often, that is OK too, our high-tech charging electronics prevents
overcharging of the batteries. The unit continues to operate while being charged.
- How long will the battery last in the Personal Model ?
- The Personal Model QuWave has a battery similar to batteries used in cell phones and
iPods. It will continue to work for many years. Although after about 3 years, the battery
charge will not hold as long. The internal battery is not user replaceable. After the one
year warranty period, we offer a flat $39 battery replacement service, which includes
shipping the unit back to you. You just send us the unit, pay the $39 (either online in the
Online Store, or enclose a check/money order), and we replace the battery and send the unit
back to you.

- Sorry, but we do not do dropshipping. An order can only be shipped to the verified address on your credit card account.
- Do you sell products internationally, how much is shipping, how long to receive
shipment ?
- We sell products internationally very often. Shipping is a flat rate of $39, via Priority Air Mail. we send you a tracking number so you can track the shipment online. It can take from 10-15 business to get to international locations.
- Is there any way to extend the 30 day guarantee/evaluation period?
- Remember, the 30 days is from the time you receive the products in your hands. We can extend it by a few days if the customer has a good reason and if this is arranged before we ship the product. But, in reality, if a customer has not felt the positive benefits within 30 days, then he should return the unit for a refund. Please note that the 30 day return policy is firm, and we will not issue refunds after the 30 day period under any circumstances.
- How do I return the QuWave if I don't like it ?
- We have a "no-hassle" return policy for the 30 day evaluation period. All you need to
do is send us back the unit with a note or email us that you are sending it back for a
refund. There is no need to give any reason as to why you are returning it. We will give
you full instructions where to send it, and once we receive the unit in good condition, we

- What type/kind of jewelery can be energized ?
- Any type of jewelery can be energized. Although we do find that products made from
natural materials retain the energy longer then man-made materials.
- How long do the energized products retain their Scalar Energy ?
- Any products you energize, especially man made materials,
when energized for 30+ minutes, will keep their energy for about 4-5 months before starting
to lose energy. We recommend energizing jewelery overnight for maximum results.
- What is the best way to energize tea?
- You may energize tea by energizing the tea and water before you make it or after it is
made. Whichever way works better for you. We have customers that have had success
energizing before making tea but others that like to energize it after making it, while it
cools a bit.

- How does the QuWave Defender work for electronic Harassment? (ie: V2K, body implant or
brain implant)
- The QuWave Defender generates Scalar Waves to scramble/confuse the attackers

- I know and/or have an idea of who my harassers are. How will the QuWave Defender help

- Why is the QuWave USB Model 3 times more powerful than the personal model?
- Because the Personal Models are battery powered we want the battery to last a week before recharging, so we could not make them as powerful. But, because the USB Model gets its power form the USB connector, we were able to make it generate much more power then the Personal Model, even though it is so much smaller physically.
- What are the main differences between the Harmonizer and the Defender ?
- The Harmonizer generates a low Shumann Resonance as well as the Scalar Waves where as

- Where do I place the computer USB model ?
- The USB Computer Model is designed to be powered from any source with a USB outlet.
However, it does come with a USB extension cord if for some reason you can not fit it into
the USB outlet you are trying to be protected from. (For example, if your TV monitor or
computer screen is too close to a wall.)
- Where do I place the Car Model ?
- The Car Model is designed to be powered via the cars electrical socket (more often
referred to as the cigarette lighter socket), with the supplied adapter. Just plug the
adapter into the socket, and using the provided cable, plug it into the Car Harmonizer, and
then you can mount the QuWave Harmonizer with the provided double-sided tape anywhere in
the car. Many people stick it under the dashboard, or if you would rather not stick it onto
the car, place it in the glove compartment, or in the storage compartment between the
seats.
- Where do I place the Home Model ?
- The Home Model is meant to be placed in any room where there are sources of high EMF
interference and/or where people gather. For maximum protection, many of our customers get
one for each bedroom. One for their own room and one for each child’s room. This model is
excellent for kitchens, media rooms, offices, and rooms with fluorescent lights. The unit
can be mounted anywhere using double-sided tape (included) or screws, and it is powered by

- What is the range ?
- Different products generate protective fields to cover different areas ranging between

- We started out with just one model, the Personal Harmonizer. But, over the years, we
